These terms apply to Bestige Trade Sales India (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a One Person Company registered in India with its registered office at Vijay Nagar Colony, Behind Balia Khedi Block, Delhi Road, Saharanpur – 247001, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

Prices shown on this website are the maximum retail price (MRP) for each pack, inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time we accept your order is the price that applies.

An enquiry sent through this website is not an order. An order exists only once we have confirmed the product, quantity, price and delivery arrangement with you.

A GST sales invoice is issued with every supply.

We supply subject to stock availability and to our ability to deliver to your location. Where we cannot supply, we will tell you rather than substitute a different product.

Any delivery timeline we give is an estimate made in good faith and is not a guaranteed date.

Please check packs on receipt. Tell us about any damage or shortage within a reasonable period so we can look into it.

Our products are agricultural inputs intended for use on crops. They are not for human or animal consumption.

Always read the label before use and follow the dosage and directions printed on the pack. Dosage varies by crop and by growth stage.

Store packs in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children, and away from food and animal feed. Do not reuse empty containers.

Any guidance we give — on the phone, by message or on this website — is general advice offered in good faith. It cannot account for your soil, weather, water, seed or other inputs, all of which affect the result.

Crop performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant any particular yield, growth response or financial outcome from using our products.

Our responsibility in relation to any product is limited to the product itself. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
